Not all candidates have time or are willing to apply for positions but are still interested in the right opportunities. CV database access gives you an opportunity to enter into a dialogue with suitable candidates who you might not otherwise be able to find. "Virtual head-hunting" generates a more positive response from candidates and you control exactly who knows about your vacancy.

CV Database Subscription

Subscription gives full access to all CVs in the database and the following benefits:
  • CV database access for your organisation.
  • CV agent email alerts.
  • No further costs are incurred on employing any candidate in the database (no finders fees).
  • You see candidates CVs in their native form (not optimised for a particular position).

FREE CV Searching

FREE CV searching allows FREE access to all "Premier CVs" and the summary details of all other CVs. CV Agents can also be set up. There are no other cost involved - FREE recruitment.

You can also access Standard CVs on an ad hoc basis by purchasing Pay to View credits. Each credit gives you access to one Standard CV/Resume. This could be more cost effective than Full Database Subscription if your requirements are limited.

CV Agents

CV Agents are constantly vigilant for new candidates that match your requirements. You can set up multiple agents that send you an email once a day when a CV is posted or updated that matches your particular requirements. This saves you the time and effort involved in searching for candidates and gives you the opportunity to contact new candidates before anyone else does.
